I am new to the world of real estate, I have started an LLC and recently purchased my first property. I have been doing nothing but researching and working towards this goal for the past two years, I must say real estate investing can seem a bit intimidating and it’s easy to get lost in the lights and sounds of all the blogs, books, podcast, and greasy haired slick talkers. With that being said, I am ready to make my next acquisition! Real Estate Goals: Owning rental property and developing my portfolio. Starting with one small single-family, growing to multiple single-family homes then, eventually owning a commercial unit.
