My investing journey started in 2018 when a friend suggested I read Rich Dad Poor Dad, a book which radically changed my mindset and started the ball rolling for my wife and I. Since that day, we have acquired nine total properties in the northeast and are working towards our goal of making work optional through passive income long before we reach traditional retirement age using a buy and hold strategy, targeting and improving underperforming assets. Through this journey, my wife and I have learned that long distance investing can be difficult, but it would be impossible without a strong relationship and shared goals. As such, we strive to help new and prospective investors begin their journey, either alone or with their significant other, through our consultation business, Real Rookies.
