Christian Solaita

My wife (Sarah) and I started our real estate (TRI 3D Properties, LLC) investing journey in 2020 and currently flipped our first SFR and acquired our first B/H rental using BRRRR. I am currently in the military and stationed in Fort Bragg, NC for the last 17 years. I decided that I want to be a real estate investor after the military and there is not better time to do while I'm 3 years out from retirement, building my portfolio, relationships, and learning. All the while a big help from my wife and partner, Sarah Solaita. She has been a realtor in Fayetteville, NC for the last 12 years. We joined to network in this amazing community and create lasting relationships.
