We are a husband/wife team (Kevin and Christina). I've been infected with this bug about a year ago when my husband found Bigger Pockets, but I was overwhelmed with everything else in life, so real estate took a back seat. My husband closed his first deal couple of months ago on a SFR, and I decided it was time to start educating myself. Now I can't sleep because I need to hit the ground running! I am an entrepreneur at heart, selling my first business that I've been running for 6 years now, and know that real estate is my next passion project. Can't wait to learn and act!
