I am in my mid 50's and my entire real estate experience has been to buy 2 houses and a duplex in the past. I was originally looking to purchase a small mobile home park or two, starting with no money down, but found it to be quite difficult to buy anything without money down. I spent the last few years downsizing, scrimping and saving, and now I have money to invest. I do believe there is recession coming soon so I'm doing my best to learn what I can so I'll be able to buy when prices go down. I'm another newbie trying to figure out my path.
