I am a newbie real estate investor. We've owned 3 rental properties in the past but mostly by accident. Our military family purchased a few houses as we moved around the US and rented them out when we left. I am a healthcare strategist and have a project management certification. I spend my days creating long term strategic plans for the biggest healthcare systems in Colorado and figured I could leverage those same skills to do well in real estate investing. Looking forward to learning as much as I can and finding likeminded folks willing to support and push me to achieve the financial goals I've set for myself.
