Chicago-based property manager focused on small multifamily (2–10 units). I work with investors to operate, stabilize, and improve rental properties across Chicago and NW Indiana — with a focus on turning them into consistent, passive investment assets. Most of the buildings I’m involved with are either being brought up to market or transitioned from self-management into more consistent, passive investment assets — typically through a combination of operational improvements, rent alignment, and targeted value-add work. My role covers leasing, maintenance, tenant management, and project oversight, including job costing and contractor sourcing. The focus is on pushing properties toward top-of-market performance while reducing day-to-day involvement from ownership. Once a building is performing consistently, it often creates the opportunity to refinance or redeploy capital into additional properties. I’m also a licensed broker, which allows me to help source and acquire properties that fit this model from the start. Background in accounting, with a focus on real-world performance — rents, expenses, and execution.
