We are now recovered/inspired from that experience and see building a Team of Partners to do Real Estate Investing here in Scottsdale, AZ lights us up!!! I have bought & sold (7) homes using my VA Home Loan over the years, fixing them up and having fun in the process. 50% of the time made money, & 50% losing money. So, I am & have been getting trained at AZREIA, (the best reia in the US), Phoenix Real Estate Club, & the Phoenix Deal Finders Club. Looking forward to doing DEALS$$$. My strategy is starting with Wholesaling, then building a Rental Portfolio.
