Christopher DeFronzo

I'm new to real estate and bigger pockets. I started listening to the BP podcast recently starting from the beginning and working my way up from there. I have limited experience in real estate but I'm interested to learn. I currently have saved up a nice chunk of money through my full time job, as well as a part time job at night for the last almost 10yrs until recently shedding the moonlighting gig. I currently have a side hobby involving Amazon/eBay that makes a nice supplement to my income. So I plan on hanging around the message board, listening to the podcast & reading some of the recommended real estate books before jumping into a condo flip/rental or multi family income property in the next year.
