Christopher Hydrick

I'm a corporate transactional attorney (with a bit of CRE) in Houston, TX. I spent the last 5 years in Miami, FL, where I attended law school at UM. While in Miami, I worked at Marcus & Millichap, as well as Merrill Lynch. I am intimately familiar with the investment space, just not from the investor point-of-view. I'm looking to enter the CRE space during this next downtown (hello, coronavirus!) I'm looking for a partner/mentor in either Houston or SoFlo. I have access to capital and a plethora of legal/tax/accounting contacts. I'm simply looking for someone to show me the ropes and guide me through my first deal (and perhaps hang along for the ride).
