Hi my name is Chris Kalthoff from K&K HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC . I am interested right now in teaming up with an investor , and possibly a real estate agent and doing flips full time . I do have 2 real estate agents that I know very well and are very good at what they do . A little about me first would be that I'm 26 , and have been living on my own and doing this full time since I was 15 years old and was doing it even before then. I started my own business when I was 20 , but because of the economy where I was I relocated to Austin and started over . We have been very successful especially starting with nothing , I have hit road bumps because of a separation and then a natural disaster but have been able to get through it . I try to stay away from the smaller jobs because I take the time to stay on top of industry standards , with techniques , and materials to deliver top quality crafmanship and customer service . We do a lot of remodeling , kitchens , bathrooms , and whole homes , we have also done a few flips in Austin , I did one for a Freinds family member where I took care of the entire project , and was able to make him 90k$ in 6 weeks total from when we started construction till the check was deposited . My initial plan until I can put some skin in the game myself was to team up with an investor where all the investor would have to do is write checks , where the real estate agent would do there part finding , and selling the homes , I would manage the entire project from start to finish , use myself and my company to get the work done . I do want to at some point to invest my own money and make money with my money , but for now I would like to team up with the right partners , to make a good living , but also to build a good reputation of delivering top quality homes at affordable prices . Now I have been hired and done work for flippers but wasn't interested in doing business with them becuase they were more interested in putting money in there pocket than to make sure they were selling a quality , safe home to someone . Another reason I'm interested in doing this is with the right team , we can deliver quality homes to people , and in the interest of everyone involved everyone can make a good living , for myself and my guys it's easier being on the same job for couple weeks , also the biggest bonus of useing a company like ours is that we do 90% of all the work our selves , so there's no need to have 30 different sub contractors in and out , now there are something's that we don't do , but I have already built excellent relationships with other companies in the area that deliver the same top quality customer service and craftmanship that we do . Im always up for learning new things as well .
