Experience: I don't have any experience in Real Estate as of January 2018. I do have experience in being motivated and able to learn quickly however. Real Estate Goals: As of January 2018 I am in what I call phase 1. I am gathering information and resources, reading all I can and listening to many real estate podcasts. By February my goal is to have enough information to be able to start evaluating real estate and practice. By March my goal is to have identified a minimum of 5 properties to invest in. April I hope to be able to close on at least one deal. July 17, 2018 I'm now in "phase 2". I was able to stay on track with my goal to have identified 5 properties by March. In fact, I made offers on more then 5 by June. What I didn't take into account was the level of competition in the area! No problem, no reason to get discouraged. Here we are in July, and I'm about to close on my first property! Check my forum post about it out or send me a message, I'll be more then happy to share my journey!
