My true passion in real estate is buy and hold rentals – oh, the many avenues of profit! Which is why I’m currently a reluctant flipper and wholesaler. My goal is to generate as much capital as possible in anticipation of the inevitable market shift, when buy and hold is once again the obvious play. While the fast cash of flipping doesn’t excite me quite as much as long-term wealth building, knowing that the former will support the latter keeps me motivated. At the end of the day a “deal” excites me regardless of its form! So, let’s go deal with some contractors! I kid… especially if you are a contractor reading this. To that point: If you are a contractor, agent, flipper, wholesaler, lender, anyone who has such contacts or anyone who feels we could be of mutual benefit to one another, do not hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to meet people working in my area. I have a few areas out of which I am operating: Tampa, Gainesville, Eustis, Orlando and surrounding areas. My main focus right now is Tampa. I am working with a partner there. She has only recently moved there and I am, for the moment, located in Gainesville. So, we are in the research/setup phase, namely determining which areas in the Tampa area we want to work in and developing a local team. That said, since I am still living in Gainesville and have “boots on the ground” in Eustis and Orlando, I would not pass on an opportunity in those areas that comes my way.
