I am looking to get into the real estate business! I have my eyes loosely set on rentals and flip properties, but very open to any good investment opportunity. I am currently a truck driver and I listen to audiobooks and podcasts while out on the road. My favorite books so far have been Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Millionaire Next Door, and the 4 Hour Work Week. My favorite podcasts include the Bigger Pockets Podcast and the Personal Finance Podcast. an honorable mention would have to be the Nurturing Financial Freedom podcast.
