I am a 22-year-old information science grad student at the University of Maryland, looking to buy my first 2-4 unit multifamily property in the PG County/Maryland area using an FHA house hack strategy. Currently deep in the research phase, learning underwriting, networking with local investors, and trying to understand the market before making my first move. The long-term goal is to build a small rental portfolio as a path toward financial independence.
