I am a former accountant. Currently working in the finance department at an AMLaw100 law firm in NY/DC. Grew up in Queens, NY and now residing in Ashburn, VA. Experience: I am a buy and hold investor. Started picking up cash-flowing rental properties in 2019. Currently own 7 properties (11 units) and looking to scale quickly. Also work on flips locally here in Brooklyn, NY. Working on converting a three family house in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn into a three unit condo as an investor. Recently joined a couple syndications as a passive investor. Real Estate Goals: To generate enough passive income to support my family and retire if I have the opportunity.
