Christopher A. Rice is the Broker of Rice Realty serving the South Florida market with a relationship focused consultative approach. Christopher brings with him nearly two decades of experience in a multitude of industries, allowing him to use the skills gained from this experience to provide a unique level of professional service to home buyers and sellers. The background Christopher has experienced including service in the United States Marine Corps, over 15 years in multiple roles within the commercial contracting industry, nearly a decade of Real Estate Sales as well as being an active Real Estate Investor, has allowed Christopher to gain a skillset that enables him to greatly serve his clients in a variety of ways. Above all, Christopher believes in a high-quality experience throughout the process and prides himself on maintaining the highest level of Character. Christopher's Experience Includes: Service in the U.S. Marine Corps with two combat deployments to Iraq, highlighted by Operation Phantom Fury, the Second Battle of Fallujah in November of 2004. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management Over 14 years of Commercial Contracting experience in varying capacities including sales and estimating, project management and internal team leadership roles. Over 8 years of Real Estate Sales experience as an agent including the last 4 years as a licensed Broker. Additionally, Christopher is an active Real Estate Investor and Landlord. Christopher resides in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife Erika and their three sons Corlan, Keagan and Kiran.
