Hi everyone, my name is Chris and I have been intrested in investing since 2018. At first helped out a fellow flipper/landlord to aquire properties as his assignment manger. He taught me alot and in that time i realized i wasnt into fliping homes and have an having SFH as rentals. I then got into the 90 day journel mastermind and thats where i was surrounded by multi family investors and thats what i have been pursuing ever since. One of my top goals is to get a 70+ unit complex under my belt by 2021
