Christos Kappatos

I'm a 32-year-old, first-generation Greek American from Richmond, Virginia, raised in a family where I witnessed my father, an engineer, diligently building a prosperous real estate portfolio for our future. For nearly a decade, I've managed his diverse property portfolio, including residential and commercial units. Two years ago, in November 2021, I embarked on my own real estate journey, currently owning two duplexes and a single-family student rental property with the ultimate goal of achieving financial freedom and becoming my own boss. While I'm skilled at property renovations and enjoy them, my W2 job consumes much of my time. To realize my ambitions, I'm eager to improve my networking abilities and build a dedicated team, allowing me to shift my focus from working in the business to working on the business.
