Chris Van Dinther

I work with clients on the acquisition and disposition of 3–12 unit Multifamily and Mixed-Use Retail buildings throughout Chicago’s north side. Prior to joining Essex, I worked in energy sales, aiding corporations in the optimization of energy consumption within expansive commercial and industrial settings nationwide. Additionally, I spent the past couple of years working alongside a local investor on acquisitions and property management.
