Hi, I'm Chris, and I have been investing in real estate since late 2017. I am an IT director in my spare time. I'm a sponge as well as a fire hose when it comes to knowledge sharing. I am a life-long learner. I love meeting people who are passionate and driven, like myself. I have a wife and two kids, and I want to build semi-passive income to better support our family. In my spare time, you can find me blogging about personal finance, reading about leadership/technology/investing, playing board games with my wife, shooting at the range, or playing on the PS4. I'm interested in doing my first flip or wholesale deal. Never done it, but I think it'd be great to do one in 2019.
