Strengths:  Research, analyze and effectively conclude appraisal reports for lending purposes with thorough reconciliation of the investigation including: subject property inspection, measurement and sketch, location/condition analysis, market analysis, rental rate analysis, cost and income approach analysis.  Real property appraisals of residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.  Analysis of a diverse assortment of financial statements, legal documents, spreadsheets and cash flows for reporting purposes.  Research, identify and analyze critical factors including economic life, effective age, absorption rate, income streams, ROI, capitalization rate, and cost approach analysis.
