A Southern Maryland real estate investor actively fixing and flipping houses in our local area. Always looking for the next project! I started my business in January 2018 and have flipped 2 houses so far, 12% ROI on the first and 14% on the second. Currently building processes and systems (and funding) to scale up and flip more houses at a time.
