Francisco Tejada

I am a RE investor with a small portfolio. I own two properties both of which are currently cash flowing. I am looking for my next deal and hoping to find an experienced partner(s) that I can do a fix and flip with. Very detailed and action-oriented. I have excellent analytical skills and have always been a very savvy money manager. I am a full-time Commercial Real Estate broker in NYC. My firm handles multi-family, office, retail, mixed-use, hotels, development, ground leases, etc... I focus on Manhattan multi-family and but have experience with brooklyn and long island properties as well. I hope to build relationships in the NYC area that will lead to investment deals for me personally as well as buyers/sellers of NYC real estate for me as a broker.
