Inspired to become an investor by way of the famous book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" I went the route of getting my AZRE Sales License to learn more about Real Estate and transactions. I come from Pennsylvania and have been an Arizona resident since 2007. I see how much tourism drives our economy and how people earn wealth with real estate each day more and more. Being an agent is fun, and it's a lot of work. When building my business, I had to identify my ideal client. I realized, for me, the answer was "Investors" all the way!! My Mount Everest is to find creative ways to acquire large, unused farmland plots and bestow the land to functional and willing Farmers and or Ranchers, to help bring clean food, clean water, and clean air back to our country. I believe that there are very efficient ways for people to farm and raise their own food. And I believe that many people in this nation are feeling distant from nature, financial freedom, and food sources. My mission is to find those who know, those who want to know, and those who have, to make marriages across the country where teachers can help students cultivate land that has potential to help feed themselves and the nation. Utilizing techniques ranging from FFA tradtional practices along with newer concepts like Permaculture Design, we can build sustainable food forests, and functional farms that adults can feel empowered to oversee.
