Hi! My wife and I started our real estate investment journey last year when we house hacked our way into a 3,200sq ft duplex that has paid for itself every step of the way. We have since built our portfolio up to 10 units across 4 buildings in the northeast Ohio area. We plan to grow our portfolio by 10 units a year at a minimum. We have built a system that we use to find, purchase, rehab if necessary, and manage all of our rentals that has been very successful this far. We are very excited to grow and learn so we can take this career path to a completely different level.
