Based on my education and experience I'm an electronics engineer, but at my core I'm simply an analytical guy who's passionate about everything he does. If there's no passion then what's the point? Over the past couple years, I've become increasingly frustrated with trading my time for money at a job. During my search for something better, I came across real estate investing and for the past six months I've been devouring books on REI (a fairly easy task with audio books and 2 hours in the car each day). I'm now eagerly seeking to meet others equally passionate about REI and to make my first great deal in the greater Atlanta area - specifically in the cities of Kennesaw, Marietta, Woodstock, and Acworth.
