I am new to real estate and I my goal is to have a stable cash flow income so I can spend more time with my family. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Business Degree in 2013 and I've been working in the financial industry for six years. I felt that I was not going to go anywhere, so I enrolled in a certificate program to become a Full Stack Developer so I have been working in the tech field for five months only and I am looking to gain more experience at it. Why Real Estate? I have IRA accounts and mutual funds, interest rates are so low nowadays so I watched videos, read books and I realized that there is a lot of opportunity if I become an investor. Why settle for 1% when I can earn 10% or more? That is my goal anyways... I am looking to learn a lot from experience investors.
