I’m a full-time in-house commodity trading lawyer in Houston with experience trading power, gas, LNG, biogas and related environmental attributes, carbon offsets and allowances and various emission reduction credits and allowances. I also have corporate bankruptcy/reorganization expertise from my past life in Big Law. When I’m not lawyering or being domestic, I’m busy trying to get more involved in real estate investments. I’m a native Texan living in Pearland but own a single family rental property in Angleton that has been a great little investment so far. I’d love to meet other RE investors in the greater Pearland/Friendswood area. I’d like to learn how to wholesale properties with a goal of earning enough money to eventually fund my own flips with cash. I’m also interested in learning how to profitably invest in multi-family properties for the long term.
