Hi, My name is Greg. I have owned several properties over the years, but am looking to learn more about efficient ways to obtain more properties (increase portfolio) via leverage, delayed cash financing, re-fi’s etc. I do not have U.S citizenship so I am also looking for help and tips on foreign investing, lending etc. I have set up a Limited Partnership and am looking for ways to get lending for my LP to purchase more long term buy and holds. Experience: I have owned several properties over the years. Sold some recently and am on the path to regrow my portfolio with cash flowing long term buy and holds. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to hold multiple cash flowing properties.
