About myself
I live in NOVA area, I am a stay at home mom, now newly an empty nester. I am new to real estate investing and very excited to get started. I am starting out by wholesaling. I would appreciate if anyone could provide recommendations of the following to add to my team: cash buyers, closing title company, closing agent, attorney, rehabbers, and eventually contractors when I am ready to be the investor.
