Clyde Massengale

My experience is in construction. I have worked my way from a sheetmetal tradesman to a construction manager SFD and mulit family dwellings. I am focused on quality built product while staying under budget delivering highend homes, at times, in impossible conditions. I earn respect from my crew with my knowledge and willness to roll up my sleeves. This allows me the ability to excite and instill confidence in others. My current focus and full time commitment is in my real estate solutions company. I am knowledgeable in real estate wholesale, foreclosure, short sale.
