Currently seeking private lenders to fund real estate fix and flips in the Western Suburbs of Chicago as well as JV partnerships. I held an IL RE license for 10 years, gave it up to raise my children, now that they are in school full time I am eagerly wanting to solely focus on fix and flips. My husband and I gut rehabbed our current home about a year ago and I cannot wait to get the ball rolling on another property.
