About myself
Hello! New to real estate, just forming an LLC with my partner. We are based in Indianapolis IN. Our primary business model is buy, value-add, rent, & hold, although we will not forgo other promising opportunities. Our current focus is on building our single family portfolio to transition to multifamily via a 1031c tax structure in the next 3-5 years. We want to connect, network, and grow better together!!!
