Hello, I’ve been a long time listener of bigger pockets. And have been investing in single family homes since 2012 with the buy and hold strategy. At the same time, I’ve advanced myself in my career in healthcare. My plan in 2024 is to immerse myself again in real estate with the goal of purchasing 1 additional multifamily rental property.
