About myself
My name is Chonda Moore and I began real estate investing eight years ago. I started out hot & heavy only to lose my fizzle after my mom passed. My investments are in North Carolina as I own four rentals (two with mortgages and two without). I have regained my fizzle and ready to dive back in with serious calculated & strategic moves. I'm a great student and eager to learn and then apply knowledge!
