I have managed over 450 units within Condo/Co-op associations in the District of Columbia and have worked as a commercial office property manager, development underwriter, and financial roles in asset management of regional anchored malls and grocery-anchored shopping centers. One of the largest complaints I hear from investors who use a PM is the lack of communication, poor tenant selection, and neglect of the property. Often times this is a result of a property management company who manages 300/400/500+ rentals and have over-extended their commitments resulting in a lower quality of service to the client and property. Due to my experience in property management and positive feedback, I was encouraged to branch out and form my own company to provide my expertise and personal level of service and attention to the investor community. My goal is to never over-extend my management portfolio so that I can always offer the highest level of service and attention to the client and property. Education: -Bachelor degree -Master of Science in Real Estate -Associate Broker in the District of Columbia.
