Cody Gentry is a proud Cleveland native, born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio. Cody is currently working on getting his Bachelor’s degree in business administration at Cleveland State University. He’s an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys playing baseball, weightlifting, and showing his clients the best that Cleveland has to offer. His specialties include: - Buying or Selling Residential Properties - Redevelopment (rehab) Projects - VA Loan Program Cody is a decorated military veteran, serving from 2011-2015. The experience and training that he received from the military has been invaluable to his success. During his enlistment, Cody’s hard work and adept leadership ability allowed him to quickly advance to E-5 within his first 2 years. His prior service assures clients that his character is of the utmost quality, instilling a “lead from the front” attitude with the people around him and always keeping his clients best interests above everything else. As a neighborhood expert, he’s able to help identify local trends affecting the Cleveland housing market and firmly believes that knowing your community is an essential part of being a real estate agent. Cody’s active research about the neighborhoods he works with allows him to confidently estimate the fair market value for each property, ensuring that each of his clients are getting a fair deal. Today’s market is all about technology, and some agents still rely on old methods to get the job done. Cody uses the most up-to-date technology to give each property the exposure it deserves. His care and passion for the real estate industry is very genuine and believes that like any other profession, you must continue to educate yourself in order to set yourself apart. Cody is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors.
