I’m a young 24 year old contractor (self employed) but most of our work consists of property maintenance and “handyman” work on rentals. Since our town has 3 universities, college housing is a premium and the work is endless. That being said, I want to get into real estate. Specifically buy and hold rental properties. Single family homes or multi family properties are what excite me most. I have already bought one house, remodeled it, lived in it for 2 years, and then sold it. I am now on my second house which is completely remodeled also and I see the power of real estate investing. Thanks to BiggerPockets for all the help and info!
