About myself
My wife and I have been investing in real estate (rentals) for about 20 years. We currently have eight SFR's and five duplexes. I'm a retired police detective in western Colorado and my wife is an elementary school teacher. I'm always looking for additional real estate opportunities in the way of cash-flowing rentals. Several years ago I discovered BP via Brandon Turner's book, Rental Property Investing. Since that time I've read almost everything BP has published and consistently watch their Youtube videos and listen to their podcasts.
