Hey all. New to Bigger Pockets, and newer still to Real Estate. I'm interested in taking the first steps to become a property investor, but unfamiliar with the behind-the-scenes processes. From what I've read, the BRRRR route or buy-and-hold presents the most appeal for my skill and interest level. Any and all advice on how to get my feet wet in this industry would be truly appreciated.
