Background: I am initially from Indiana and moved to Utah during May 2018. I currently wholesale properties full-time and anticipate beginning to buy-and-hold some properties in the near future. I work in the Utah and Boise markets for residential properties and nationwide for commercial properties (i.e. storage units, apartment complexes). I specialize in creative financing in my wholesaling operation which allows me to give sellers more options for their property.
