Real estate investing has always been intriguing to me. The idea of came to me from a cousin who has a few rental properties himself. He also gave me Rich Dad Poor Dad to read and that book totally changed my mindset on money. Im looking to acquire as many cash flowing properties as possible to achieve financial freedom and leave my W2 job.
