Conor Colburn

My name is Conor Colburn, I have many years of experience working as an Interior Designer, Builder, and Investor, based in Los Angeles, CA. I was born and raised in Topanga Canyon, a small town on the northern end of Los Angeles county, in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains. My family owns a successful interior design firm here in Los Angeles. We specialize in Interior Design, Home Staging, and Art & Accessory sales. We are very passionate for creating amazing design aesthetic, and we work with some of the best designers, builders, and realtors, in the country, working on amazing residential and commercial projects all over the world. I personally got into building brands and Investing at an early age. Im very passionate about modular & prefab building including tiny home and container home construction. There is a huge demand for cheaper and more affordable methods of home building. So a few years ago I founded a company designing and building affordable modular housing, as I truly believe this is the future of home construction. Our economical designs are future of real estate and they are really gaining so much popularity throughout the US. Our homes can be built for less then 1/3 the cost and time of a traditional home: We are very happy to say we set the bar in design and construction and we're one of the first companies to be part of this massively growing market.
