Working towards a goal of $10,000/mo in passive income to help reach FI. Looking to invest in the Kansas City market in SFH and MFH. I have a Civil PE license and solid W-2 income. I sold my first investment (fix-flip / house-hack) 18 months ago and am looking to reinvest via BRRRR and forced appreciation.
