Always learning. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. I found the BP podcast. Now I am determined to reach financial independence sooner rather than later. I love reading and hearing about successful investors. Current goals: Flips in Middle TN area (Nashville and suburbs). Rentals in Clarksville/Nashville for cash flow and long term wealth. My longer term goal (3-5 years) is to build enough passive income to pay for my living expenses. On down the line, I would like to have a solid portfolio that can provide financial freedom to allow more time for friends, family, travel, and life. I hope to learn as much as I can and help as many people as I can along the way. To date, I've completed 3 flips, 2 BRRRRs, and am in the process on 3 projects currently (1 house hack, 2 BRRRRs). I've used a few different partners on everything besides the house hack.
