I started my real estate journey as a mortgage underwriter in 2020 doing everything from Conventional, VA, Bank Statement, and DSCR loans. Working on loans throughout the refinance boom, I began to see more and more investors pop up in my pipeline and I became obsessed with the idea of owning my own real estate and pursuing investing full-time. I bought my first house at the age of 23, as a primary, with the intention of turning it into a Long Term Rental in the future. Now that I have turned it into a LTR, im more motivated than ever to do more. I love LTR's but I am interested in the BRRRR strategy and doing flips & fixes too. My long-term goal is to get into large multi-family but I have to start somewhere! I'm here to learn and grow whatever I can to help myself and others pursue their dreams within real estate!
