I am a kitchen and bath designer with a passion for remodeling. I became an accidental real estate investor when my wife and I bought a duplex with her parents 20 years ago. I now want to buy another, larger duplex and make our original a rental. I will be flipping houses for active income to feed my love of remodeling and to parlay into down payments on passive income rental properties.
