About myself
Full-time corporate strategy guy, part-time small multifamily real estate investor. Launched my real estate investing career with a nightmare of a deal (2-unit rehab via FHA 203k loan), and after surviving that, I'm ready for more. Portfolio includes 3 multifamily units in Chicago (3 buildings in Logan Square/Avondale). Currently looking for a SFH fixer-upper that my wife and I can take on as a winter project, focusing on the near West Side (West Town, Logan Square, etc)
