Colleen Smith

Hello, I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2006. When I was a child, I dreamed of being in Real Estate Investing and owning rental properties. I went to college to study Elementary Education, and Art, and then later got my Master's Degree in English as a Second Language, When I got to Graduate School, I bought a house on a college campus and rented out the other bedrooms to help me make the payments. It has worked out pretty well over the years. Since that time, I have become a school teacher and have taught literally all grade levels from Preschool to 12th grade in many different subject areas. I got offered a job from the University of Kentucky as an English as a Second Language Teacher. I taught Government Officials from South Korea the language of English. In my college days and in my ESL teaching, I have worked with many Nationalities! I can work with both Americans and Internationals with my Real Estate! Since my school teaching days, I have become a Real Estate Investor. I guess it is fair to say that I am very Flexible as well as Creative. Please contact me if I can help you find a Residential or Commercial Property. Who knows, maybe you and I can work together on a Wholesale or a Rehab property. Contact me if I can help you out in any of the ways mentioned above! Colleen
